Silks in the Garden
A series of scarves, ranging from 90cmx90cm to 160 x 160cm, on medium weight habotai silk, crepe de chine and chiffon, with Alliums, cherry blossom, gingko and maple leaves. I developed a system of positioning and exposing flora onto treated silk and creating these cyanotypes which I have managed to fix, so they can be washed. All are roll hemmed by hand with 100% silk thread. All have now sold. Please contact me directly for orders.
